The Daily Offerings
There are six mandatory daily offerings per day, even on the shabath and other high holy days
These are:
    2 lambs,
2 meal or flour offerings and
    2 wine offerings.

Numbers 28

1 Yehowah said to Moses,
2 "Give this command to the Israelites and say to them: 'See that you present to me at the appointed
time the food for my offerings made by fire, as an aroma pleasing to me.'
3 Say to them: 'This is the offering made by fire that you are to present to Yehowah : two lambs a year
old without defect, as a regular burnt offering each day.
4 Prepare one lamb in the morning and the other at twilight,
5 together with a grain offering (Which is not the same as in Leviticus 2, for this is a whole burnt offering
and apparently without incense as well as in Lev 2) of a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a
quarter of a hin of oil from pressed olives.
6 This is the regular burnt offering instituted at Mount Sinai as a pleasing aroma, an offering made to
  Yehowah by fire.
7 The accompanying drink offering is to be a quarter of a hin of fermented drink with each lamb.
Pour out the drink offering to Yehowah at the sanctuary.
8 Prepare the second lamb at twilight, along with the same kind of grain offering and drink offering that
you prepare in the morning. This is an offering made by fire, an aroma pleasing to Yehowah.

Now here are the statues that regulate the daily offerings:

Leviticus 1

10 The burnt offering of the lambs is this: "he is to offer a male without defect.
11 He is to slaughter it at the north side of the altar before Yehowah, and Aaron's sons the priests shall
sprinkle its blood against the altar on all sides.
12 He is to cut it into pieces, and the priest shall arrange them, including the head and the fat, on the
burning wood that is on the altar.
13 He is to wash the inner parts and the legs with water, and the priest is to bring all of it and burn it
on the altar. It is a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, an aroma pleasing to Yehowah."

Exodus 29

38 "This is what you are to offer on the altar regularly each day: two lambs a year old.
39 Offer one in the morning and the other at twilight.
40 With the first lamb offer a tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with a quarter of a hin of oil from
pressed olives (which is not the same as crushed olives), and a quarter of a hin of wine as a drink
   offering.
41 Sacrifice the other lamb at twilight with the same grain offering and its drink offering as in the
morning—a pleasing aroma, an offering made to the LORD by fire.
