The Pentecostal denomination, whether 'Holiness' or 'United,' is a fine example of a movement that has very little or no knowledge of the faith of Yehoshua the Jew, who observed Judaism. In fact, their whole faith is practically based on the English translation of the Jewish scriptures vs. the scriptures themselves.
They even have their own view, different than any other, about the Trinity. And because of this view, they actually deny the Living God!!! How is this you might ask?
Well, like I said, their whole faith is practically based and founded on the English Translation vs. the Hebrew and Greek themselves. Here is one example:
In Judaism we all know that the messiah is a made being, thus making it totally impossible for him to be 'God' and to ever be 'God.' Yet when they come across a Trinitarian's translation of the Greek writings, namely Matthew 28:19 that says, "Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit." Which was added by that Trinitarian by the way. They will say, 'These are all titles, not names.' And so lacking all knowledge of what the meaning of an 'el' is, as well as the word, 'Elohim' they say that Jesus is that name. So by using this tainted interpretation they actually deny the God of Israel, by claiming Jesus is that God. So because of believing such falsehood they preach that Jesus is the Father and Jesus is the Spirit. Even though the Scriptures do not teach this wicked and false doctrine. This is their biggest wickedness.
It is just a laugh when it comes time for them to explain this trinity view, they say it is like water. It can come in three forms, whether plain water or ice or steam. Or sometimes they use other examples like an egg, by saying it has a shell, yoke and white part. The truth of the matter is that the last time I checked, we humans were made in the 'Elohim (plural for 'el')' likeness, not an egg or water. And if Elohim made only two humans on the sixth day, then the word, 'Elohim' is pretty clearly defined! That there is two els, as all scripture testifies to. Read the Elohim page

Now if someone should ask, ' Why are they able to speak in tongues if they are so messed up?' This is because in all of their self deceit, there is a phrase in their doctrine that says, "Jesus is the son of 'God.' Thus qualifying them to be baptized with the Spirit of Jesus and also the Spirit of Jesus' God. Yet they do not understand that Jesus has a God, since they think Jesus is that God we are speaking of. Thus they will go to hell for believing this wickedness and outright denying the God of Jesus, Who made Jesus.

Third, they believe in that wicked Paul the so called Apostle, thus making them disciples of Paul, the pagan, vs. Yehoshua the Moshiach. Go to my page that talks about the contradictions between the doctrine of Paul vs. the Messiah himself. Thus they believe also in that wicked 'grace' theology.
Fourth, their interpretation of biblical prophecy is soooo tainted I almost rent my clothes. Especially when they listen to 'Endtime Ministry."
Fifth, Jesus has got to be mad in the head (if you were to go along with Pentecostal beliefs) if he prays to himself. Or if he is 'God' and so needs to call for angels for help in the garden while being betrayed.
What more do I have to say about them? They need to read over this whole site to learn the truth and for them to avoid going to hell.
Oh yeah -
Sixth, they think you go to heaven or hell the moment you die, disregarding the actual day of judgment.
