Well, first of all, the tallest peak in ALL of the middle East is not in Turkey, but in Iran.
This mountain is called Mt. Damavand. Its elevation stands at 18,386 ft. This is a
whopping 1,533 ft. taller than the 16,853 ft of the so-called "Mt. Ararat" in Turkey. Mt.
Damavand is of the Alburz/Elburz mountain range in northern Iran; stretching from the
borders of Armenia in the north-west to the southern end of the Caspian (Mazandaran) Sea. Whereas, the Mount in Turkey is simply 2 mounts, which are the "greater Ararat" and the "lesser Ararat." This has great significance because of what the Torah says - which I will soon get into....
This is Mt. Damavand
Standing 66 km northeast of Tehran, the capital of Iran, Mount Damavand is visible from Tehran in clear weather. Its 5671-m peak is the highest point in the country. Also, the fact that Mount Damavand is the highest volcano in Asia puts its name in the seven volcanic summits' list! With an altitude of 5671 m (18,602 ft), it stands
majestically as Iran's highest mountain, and one
of the highest in the world. The mountain is also
of great national sentimental value to Iranians as
it appears in Iranian legends and mythology. In times
when Tehran's air was not as polluted as today, one could
see Mt. Damavand from all over the capital.
A Realistic Study
Another high peak in Iran is called
Mt. Dena, this is in a different
mountain range. This particular
range is called the Zagros Mountain
Range. Mt. Dena is even taller than
the so-called "Mt. Ararat" of Turkey.
Mt. Dena stands at 16,998 ft. That
is 145 ft. taller than the so-called
"Mt. Ararat" in Turkey. Even this
has significance when taking the
Torah into account because when
the ark came to rest it was on top
of the world. Why? Because it
came to rest before the tips of the
MOUNTAINS could be seen, like
hitting a sandbar. Remember that
the ark was only 30 cubits tall or
about 45 ft tall, depending how long
Noah's forearm was. This means
if you determine how much of that
45 ft. was actually in the water,
versus what was above it while
floating, the tallest mountain could
only be that much taller than where
the ark came to rest. I will explain:
if you were to be liberal
enough to say that 3/4 of the ark
was in the water, being 33 ft & 9
inches and the mountain that they
came to rest on was NOT the
tallest, the tallest mountain could
only be 33 ft & 9 inches taller than
where they came to rest. This is
because the tops of the mountains
could not be seen when the ark came to rest.

When you read the scriptures, you have to understand the timeline in which Genesis was written in.
Many people, including scholars, like theologians and archeologists think that Genesis through Deuteronomy was written by Moses, the great prophet of the Lord. All of these people are ignorant. They should learn from a person that actually studies the Torah, and the ways of the only God, At-tek Yo-my-yah [The Ancient of Days - Yehowah]. If they would simply do some research in the Tanach, that in, and of itself would tell them that the first five books of the bible were not written by Moses.
I will be pleased to back up all of my works and studies for you so you can look up these things yourself, if you so desire.
Not only do you have to understand an accurate timeline Genesis was written in, but you also have to understand how the world was in Noah's time, geographically, versus the time of the author of Genesis.
When Yehoshua, At-tek Yo-my-yah's son, made the dry land, then the animals and then lastly Adam and Eve, you must understand how he set things up. Many theologians that preach, preach non-sense and will go to hell just for not giving an accurate account of things, because they are lying about the truth. When Yehoshua was commanded by the only God to make a man as he and his God, in their image and characteristics or likeness, he did just that. When he did this there was just one race, and language and the world was just one land mass, versus what you see today, like broken pottery. Thus, when Yehoshua said to the man to rule over all animals, they were able to be do this because they all uttered the same language. This way of life continued all the way up to the tower of Babel. This is how the craftiest animal of the field, (the serpent), not "satan" as foul preachers think, was able to have a conversation with Adam's wife.
When the man and the woman had children they were of the same race, naturally. This continued also up to the point of the tower of Babel, and it was at that time that this one language, and race, and land mass was done away with, or splintered into many. This occurred because the people refused to obey the command of Yehoshua given to Noah, 'to fill the earth.' Not because they necessarily were building a tower. For they said, let us stay here and not "be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth." This tower was not necessarily a temple or ziggurat to other gods, but very well could have been living quarters.
As you can see here, 'Mt. Ararat' in Turkey, stands alone except a smaller peak to the left called 'Little Ararat.'
In this picture 'Ararat' is to the
left.
Little Ararat
Ararat
Mt. Damavand
Some people think that this 'boat shaped' rock formation is the ark of Noah, even though it is not. This formation is actually 20 miles south from from the so called, 'Mt. Ararat.' Likewise, it is only at an elevation of 6,300 ft. which is nowhere close to the top of 'Ararat' which is over 16,000 ft. You cannot and must not believe the wicked or people that just want to make things fit. That is people who try to make things work into the biblical narrative when they are nowhere close to the truth. These lost folks, like Ron Wyatt and others, say that some of these ridges that are pointed to in this picture have some petrified wood in them. Uhhhh - what can I say to those that lack the truth. The truth of the matter is that trees grow in elevations as high as 10,000 ft and like I just said, this rock formation is at 6,300 ft. So if there is petrified wood there that does not mean anything. For there is also a famous petrified forest in the middle of the Arizona desert. So what does that tell you? It tells you that there once was a thriving forest in that region of Arizona in ages past, but not now. So the same with this place, yet as you can see with the picture there is not a single tree in the picture's landscape.
In fact, if you want to do a study on tree-lines; a study which shows how high in elevation certain trees grow around the world, click HERE.
Now let us get to the cold truth of the Torah. We need to do this so that we get the story straight versus tainted as many people do, because they do not read it or that they make a whole synopsis form a few versus and so take those versus out of context. But to those that do not know scriptures to well, that hear these things, what does that matter sense they lack discernment.
I will only quote the Torah where it is needed versus quoting the whole story. If you would like to read the whole story with some of my commontaries to the story, please click here.
Genesis 7
17 Now the flood was on the earth forty days. The waters
increased and lifted up the ark, and it rose high above
the earth.
18 The waters prevailed and greatly increased on the
earth, and the ark moved about on the surface of the
waters.
19 And the waters prevailed exceedingly on the earth,
and all the high hills under the whole heaven were
covered.
20 The waters prevailed fifteen cubits upward, thus the
mountains were covered.
21 And all flesh died that moved on the earth: birds and
cattle and beasts and every creeping thing that creeps
on the earth, and every man.
22 All in whose nostrils was the breath of of life, all that
was on the dry land, died.
23 So He destroyed all living things which were on the
face of the ground: both man and cattle, creeping
thing and bird of the air. They were destroyed from
the earth. Only Noah and those who were with him in
the ark remained alive.
24 And the waters prevailed on the earth one hundred
and fifty days.
Genesis 8
1 The Els (Elohim (the Father and His son))
remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the
animals that were with him in the ark. And the Els
(Elohim (the son by command of the Father)) made a
wind to pass over the earth, and the waters subsided.
2 The fountains of the deep and the windows of heaven
were also stopped, and the rain from heaven was
restrained.
3 And the waters receded continually from the earth. At
the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters
decreased.
4 Then the ark came to rest in the seventh month, the
seventeenth day of the month, on the mountains of
Ararat.
5 And the waters decreased continually until the tenth
month. In the tenth month, on the first day of the month,
the tops of the mountains were seen.
6 So it came to pass, at the end of forty days, that Noah
opened the window of the ark which he had made.
7 Then he sent out a raven, which kept going to and fro
until the waters had dried up from the earth.
8 He also sent out from himself a dove, to see if the
waters had receded from the face of the ground.
9 But the dove found no resting place for the sole of her
foot, and she returned into the ark to him, for the waters
were on the face of the whole earth. So he put out his
hand and took her, and drew her into the ark to himself.
10 And he waited yet another seven days, and again he
sent the dove out from the ark.
11 Then the dove came to him in the evening, and
behold, a freshly plucked olive leaf was in her mouth;
and Noah knew that the waters had receded from the
earth.
12 So he waited yet another seven days and sent out the
dove, which did not return again to him anymore.
13 And it came to pass in the six hundred and first year, in
the first month, the first day of the month, that the
waters were dried up from the earth; and Noah
removed the covering of the ark and looked, and
indeed the surface of the ground was dry.
14 And in the second month, on the twenty-seventh day
of the month, the earth was dried.
15 The els (elohim (the son said in the name of his
Father)) spoke to Noah, saying,
16 Go out of the ark, you and your wife, and your sons
and your sons’ wives with you.
17 Bring out with you every living thing of all flesh that is
with you: birds and cattle and every creeping thing
that creeps on the earth, so that they may abound on
the earth, and be fruitful and multiply on the earth.
18 So Noah went out, and his sons and his wife and his
sons’ wives with him.
19 Every animal, every creeping thing, every bird, and
whatever creeps on the earth, according to their
families, went out of the ark.

If you look in Genesis 8:4 it says, "the ark came to rest....on the mountains of Ararat." Well in all of ancient Culture, there is not a single region or nation by the name of Ararat. Because if you look at the verse very cleanly it does not point out a single mountain and so that being its name. Even though we know by commmon sence that an object can only be on a single mountain at one given moment. But the verse only states that the ark came to rest on one of the mountains of a place named Ararat. But we have a problem if Ararat does not exist. So where is the mistake being made in the Torah, if there is any?
Actually there is no mistake in the actual sefer torah, that is the torah scroll which you will find in the synagogue, because this torah does not have any vowels so nor does that word. Rather the mistake came into play when the sages put in the vowels with different kind of dots and marks. Thus when they did so they came up with the name "Ararat." I will explain:
Thus, now, when we read that the ark came to rest on one of the mountains of kingdom of Urartu that can be anywhere within several hundred miles. That is where ever mountains are within that kingdom. So let me show you how vast this kingdom was according to modern day archeologists verses the facts of that time. I say this only because archeologist can go on things they have found verses the facts which obviously can far exceed what they assume. So here is two of their maps:

To see the great error of the Jewish sages when they added the wrong vowels to come up with:
