I took Shabbir Ally's "101 Contradictions" list from a  website at scribd.com (a pagan website) on 7/16/2008. I still have to check to see if all the things on this list are valid. Some are not valid; however, most of them are. I am thankful to know these things, because if one desires to know truth, that same one must conform their personal beliefs to that truth. "He who hungers and thirsts after righteousness shall be filled," spoken by Yehoshua - obviously, righteousness is truth.
Shabbir Ally is an Islamic apologist. I found many of these contradictions myself, before I bumped into Shabbir's list. Many of them are new to me, however. I have posted them here for you, the seeker of truth, to find more truth.
As I read through this list, at a glance, for the first time, only a handful are not contradictions. Those that are not contradictions are Shabbir's lack of understanding of certain doctrines or points that were being made by the biblical author.
As always, please write us here and share your thoughts and comments.
In love and truth,

This is the 2nd page of "He Shall Govern.com" in which there are indepth torah studies and bible stories. Likewise, true rederings of either the Hebrew or Greek words and/or verses
(1.) This website tells the truth about the Jewish messiah (moshiach). (2.) That holiness comes through the observance of the full torah and condemns the trinity doctrine, as well as the 'saved by grace' notion taught by Paul [ the FALSE apostle]. (3.) It PROVES that the messiah in NOT God - yet, Yehoshua, is the moshiach, the only begotten son of the only God, the God of Israel !!!
Page 3, This page lists the rebukes I made to churches and organizations about their wicked ways, deeds and befiefs. Some of these rebukes are directed at picked out individuals (who claim to be someone special - yet are not).
Page 5 on HeShallGovern.com - This pages gives Links to Study Tools, Current Events and people that might have some truth to them or "a grrain of salt", not that I agree to all or anything that they say or teach.
This is page 4 of HeShallGovern.Com, it talks about more insights to the ways of the God of Israel and things conserning the founder of HeShallGovern - Thomas Shaler

Are there discrepancies in the Bible?
A sad, yet overwhelming yes.
In fact, there are many errors,
Myths and lies within the Gospels, the Epistles, the Jewish Tanach [Bible] and other Writings. An honest and non-biased look into these things from a Jewish believing man.

1.Who incited David to count the fighting men of Israel?
  (a) God did (2 Samuel 24: 1)
  (b) Satan did (I Chronicles 2 1:1)

2.In that count how many fighting men were found in Israel?
  (a) Eight hundred thousand (2 Samuel 24:9)
  (b) One million, one hundred thousand (I Chronicles 21:5)

3. How many fighting men were found in Judah?
   (a) Five hundred thousand (2 Samuel 24:9)

4. God sent his prophet to threaten David with how many years of famine?
   (a) Seven (2 Samuel 24:13)
   (b) Three (I Chronicles 21:12)

With this one I found out some great news to clear up this blatant contradiction. In the copies of the
Masoretic Tanach that comes from about the 3rd Century c.e., as well as the KJV, NKJV, NASB, ASV,
Young, Darby & Webster this error exists, you can blatantly read the error in the Hebrew text of the
Masoretic where the English versions are based from. However, if you look in the Septuagint - which is
the first "known" translation of the Tanach, done around 285BCE and NOT taken from modern Hebrew
[for it did not yet exist], but from ancient Hebrew, or Paleo-Hebrew [A different font altogether] this
contradiction does not exist. This is because in 2 Samuel 24:13, in the Septuagint, the number of years
is "three." Thus, down through the years we see that man has tainted things. This why we must always
be meticulous when transcribing things from a holy culture.

    (a) Michaiah, daughter of Uriel of Gibeah (2 Chronicles 13:2)

Footnote: Yet, how can this be if Absalom had only one daughter whose name was

And Jehoiakim was cursed by God so that none of his descendants can sit upon David’s throne
        (Jeremiah 36:30)

This one is the most disturbing to me to a point, but not that much, for I already know that our holy
culture was lost long ago, much of it seems to have been lost before Alexander came around or
sometime before the Septuagint was formed in 285 BCE. The reason it is disturbing, because we
do not even know anything about the saviour of the world!!!! How is he linked to King David, because
by what is said here in this Jeremiah passage, it is clear he cannot come from Jehoiakim. In all truth
however, Josiah had several children. And three of them became the kings of Judah after he died.

THIS ONE IS NOT A CONTRADITION BUT DUE TO HIS LACK OF UNDERSTANDING, HE THINKS IT IS!!!
77. (a) Adam was told that if and when he eats the forbidden fruit he would die the same day (Genesis 2:17)
     (b) Adam ate the fruit and went on to live to a ripe old age of 930 years (Genesis 5:5)
COMMENTS AND THE TRUTH: First things first, it would be highly unjust of HaShem to slay a man over
food!!! But, not unjust if He desires to strip Adam from the ability to escape death, which the tree of life
was able to do. So the main word in phrase of HaShem is the word, "surely." Because this word
means, "assuredly" or "definitely." For this is the direct quote of HaShem, "The day you eat of it you
will surely die." Did HaShem mean right then and there? Would that be just on HaShem's part, to slay
a person over food? No!!! Rather, what He meant, without twisting a thing is this: The day you eat of the
tree of knowledge, will be that day you will no longer have the access to reach forth to obtain the fruit
from the tree of life that can give you life without end, unto the judgment. Thus, you will surely and
most defiantly die, you shall not live on a continual basis.
For Adam was already destined to die or was going to die, but the fruit from the tree of life had the
power and ability to change that scenario so that he would, in fact, NOT die.

THIS ONE IS NOT A CONTRADITION BUT DUE TO HIS LACK OF UNDERSTANDING, HE THINKS IT IS!!!
78. (a) God decided that the life span of humans will be limited to 120 years (Genesis 6:3)
     (b) Many people born after that lived longer than 120. Arpachshad lived 438 years. His son Shelah
lived 433 years. His son Eber lived 464 years, etc. (Genesis 11:12-16)
COMMENTS AND THE TRUTH: The direct quote from HaShem is this, "My spirit shall not always strive
with man, for that he also [is] flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years [KJV]." Or,
"My spirit shall not abide in man for ever, for that he also is flesh; therefore shall his days be a hundred
and twenty years [Jewish Publication Society]." Or, "My breath shall not abide in man forever, since
he is flesh; His days are determined [or weighed] - 120 years [my rendering]." HaShem was not
talking about mankind's lifespan, rather He was giving a time limit on how long He will give mankind
to repent and to turn from their evil ways and do good, lest He destroy all life upon dry land by
means of a flood at the end of those determined days if they do not repent. Thus, this is a prophecy,
in that 120 years following that very moment He will destroy all life that lives on the dry ground if they
change not, for He is rich in mercy and desired not to destroy anyone. For if HaShem NEVER changes,
then we could use Ezekiel 18 as an example, there it says, "Therefore I will judge you, O house of
Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD. Repent, and turn [yourselves] from all
your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.  Cast away from you all your transgressions,
whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O
house of Israel? For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore
      turn [yourselves], and live ye."

Notice that the above three quotes are all from the same chapter of the same book! In addition,
the Bible shows that God repented on several other occasions:
     i. “The Lord was sorry that he made man” (Genesis 6:6) “I am sorry that I have made
        them” (Genesis 6:7)
ii. “And the Lord repented of the evil which he thought to do to his people” (Exodus 32:14).
iii. (Lots of other such references).

93. The Bible says that for each miracle Moses and Aaron demonstrated the magicians did the same by
their secret arts. Then comes the following feat:
     (a) Moses and Aaron converted all the available water into blood (Exodus 7:20-21)
     (b) The magicians did the same (Exodus 7:22).
This is impossible, since there would have been no water left to convert into blood.

94. Who killed Goliath?
    (a) David (I Samuel 17:23, 50)
    (b) Elhanan (2 Samuel 21:19)

95. Who killed Saul?

         Proverbs 20:9; Ecclesiastes 7:20; and I John 1:810)
    (b) No. True Christians cannot possibly sin, because they are the children of God.
“Every one who believes that Jesus is the Christ is a child of God. (I John 5:1).
“We should be called children of God; and so we are” (I John 3: 1).
“He who loves is born of God” (I John 4:7).
“No one born of God commits sin; for God’s nature abides in him, and he cannot sin because
he is born of God” (I John 3:9).

But, then again, Yes! “If we say we have no sin we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in
      us” (I John 1:8)

101. When Jesus walked on water how did the disciples respond?
      (a) They worshipped him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God” (Matthew 14:33)
      (b) “They were utterly astounded, for they did not understand about the loaves, but their hearts
           were hardened” (Mark 6:51-52)

Actually, if you only read the two stories found in Matthew and Mark, there is no contradiction in the manner in which Shabbir Abby points out but in a different way.

First and foremost, Mark is simply stating the fact that the disciples should not have been  so surprised because how Yoshua just feed 5,000 people with only 5 loaves of bread and two fish. Now here is what the gospel of Mark really says, using the KJV, "when they saw him walking upon the sea, they supposed it had been a spirit, and cried out: For they all saw him, and were troubled. And immediately he talked with them, and saith unto them, Be of good cheer: it is I; be not afraid. And he went up unto them into the ship; and the wind ceased: and they were sore amazed in themselves beyond measure, and wondered. For they considered not [the miracle] of the loaves: for their heart was hardened."

And here is what Matthew says, "And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea. And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear. But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid..... And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased. Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the son of God. "

What I underlined is the true contradiction, because in Mark it says they kept their thoughts to themselves, whereas in Matthew they outrightly uttered, "thou art the son of God."
